Return & Refund Policy
At LuxClub, we want you to love how you sleep. That’s why we offer a 100-Night Risk-Free Trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your sheets, you can return them within 100 days of purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns (The 30-Night Rule)
- 30-Night Break-In Period: Your body takes time to adjust to new bedding, and our premium fabrics continue to soften and perform better after a few washes. Therefore, we kindly require you to sleep on and try our sheets for at least 30 nights before initiating a return request. If you still don't love them after this adjustment period, you are fully eligible for a return within the 100-day window.
- Condition & Packaging Requirements (Our Giving Back Program): At LuxClub, we are committed to sustainability. Because we donate our returned products to local charities and shelters rather than letting them go to waste, we must maintain strict hygiene standards out of respect for those receiving them.
For these eco-friendly donation purposes, and to ensure our overseas fulfillment center can successfully scan your package, returned sets must be sent back in their original packaging/packaging bag and must be completely free of any stains, odors, or pet hair. Please preserve the original packaging during your trial period. Items that are permanently stained, damaged, or returned without their original packaging cannot be accepted for donation or refund.
- Final Sale Items: Only regular-priced and promotional items may be refunded. Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns.
2. Exchanges (Quality Issues)
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with missing parts due to our error, please contact us at support@luxclub.us. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send you a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
3. Return Shipping (Preferences / Non-Quality Returns)
For return reasons unrelated to quality defects (such as ordering the wrong size, color preference, or change of mind after the 30-night trial):
- Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Important Return Requirement: All returns must be sent to the specific fulfillment center address provided by our customer support team. Please do not mail your package to the address on your original shipping label or any other unauthorized location, as we cannot track or process unapproved returns.
- To initiate a return after your 30-night trial, please email us at support@luxclub.us to receive your authorized return instructions and the correct return shipping address.
- Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
4. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
