We currently provide shipping services within the United States. If your shipping address falls outside of our current service zones, our system will notify you at checkout. For any inquiries regarding excluded regions, please contact us.

3. USPS Calculated Rates & Handling

In addition to our flat rates, LUXCLUB offers exclusive carrier-discounted rates from USPS provided through Shopify. Please note the following if you opt for this service:

• Rates are calculated dynamically based on the package weight, dimensions, and shipping destination.
• A flat $7.00 Handling Fee will be added to the calculated carrier rate to cover premium secure packaging and order processing.

4. Order Processing Time

• Processing: Most in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
• Tracking: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, a confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you automatically.

5. Important Notes

• "Business days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carriers and may be subject to minor delays due to adverse weather, peak holiday seasons, or customs clearance.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. To ensure your items arrive safely, LUXCLUB cannot be held responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details. In the event of a return to sender, additional redelivery fees will apply.
