1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated based on your total order value at checkout:

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders $60.00 and up (Estimated Transit Time: 5–8 business days).

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $6.99 applies to orders under $60.00 (Estimated Transit Time: 5–8 business days).

2. 30-Day Easy Returns & Guarantee

We want you to shop with complete peace of mind. If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Free Return Shipping ($60+ Orders): For orders of $60.00 or more, return shipping is 100% FREE.

  • Orders Under $60: For returns on orders under $60.00, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

3. Processing Time & Tracking

  • Order Processing: Most in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your carrier tracking number.

4. USPS Calculated Rates & Handling Fee (Optional)

If you select dynamic carrier rates (USPS) at checkout:

  • Rates are dynamically calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • A flat $7.00 handling fee will be applied to cover secure packaging and processing.

5. Important Notes

  • Business Days: Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding official public holidays.

  • Shipping Address: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. LUXCLUB cannot be held responsible for packages returned due to invalid or incomplete shipping addresses. Additional fees will apply for re-delivery.
